My new book is finally out!
It actually out several days ago, but I’ve been so busy I haven’t had time to update this. Here is the link to check it out: http://payhip.com/b/9qjd You can also buy it directly on my website here!
So, this means several things! 1). I will be regularly updating this blog to expand on the terms listed in the book, and 2). I have free copies of the printable sheets on my website! If you want to join us in The Melluminati (my super cool fanclub name), you can snag these sheets and a bunch of other stuff for free. These are great resources for studio work and will help you and everyone you work with get the best results out of your song.
I spent a great deal of time on this book. Honestly, a lot of it was freaking out and doubting myself. What if people hate it? What if they hate me? I’m no good and I’m not a writer and I should just not do this. I had to suspend that self-doubting voice and focus on the potential this new book has to help people. This comes from years of trial and error and learning how to make the music creation process easier. I hope it will help your projects!
I’m excited but also terrified. I’m “out there” now so there will be no more edits, no more re-writes, no more procrastinating. It had to happen sometime, but I’m just scared I forgot a really important sentence or something. I guess I’ll find out!
